You'll receive a booking confirmation, then a separate payment message with your balance schedule and payment options.   You can save an additional 5% by paying by Check, ACH or Venmo - See page 2 of your rental agreement for all details :)

The day before your arrival, we send property-specific details — directions, parking, and Wi-Fi — along with a digital home guide. 

Entry codes are sent on your day of arrival as soon as the property has been fully prepped and tested.

Want to arrive early and start enjoying Telluride sooner? If the home is ready, we're happy to make it happen. Hoping to squeeze in one last hike, ski lap, or shower before heading out? We'll do our best to coordinate with our housekeeping schedule whenever possible.

To give us the best chance of accommodating your request, please reach out to our dedicated Guest Services - Reservations@VividVacationRentals.com - before your stay and stay in close touch with us the day before and the day of arrival. This allows our team to coordinate timing, confirm when the home is ready, and explore any available options.

A few things to keep in mind:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. When we have a same-day departure or arrival, our team needs the full window to clean, inspect, and properly prepare the home.

Guest access is only granted once the property has been fully cleaned, inspected, and signed off by our team—ensuring your home is truly ready for you. A fee may apply for early arrivals or late departures, depending on the property, schedule, staffing, and timing involved.

If the home isn't quite ready when you arrive, we can assist with luggage drop-off so you can get out and start enjoying your stay right away.

Each property is fully stocked with bed and bath linens, along with a generous supply of essential items, including:

 • Hair dryers in all bathrooms
• LATHER© bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion)
• Liquid hand soap at all sinks
• Charmin and Seventh Generation toilet paper
• Puffs tissues
• Cotton swabs and makeup rounds
• Bounty paper towels
• Large and small trash bags
• Dawn dish soap, kitchen sponge, and Cascade dishwasher pods
• Hypoallergenic laundry pods and dryer sheets
• Arrival items (microwave popcorn and KIND® minis)

Paper goods are stocked in ample quantities prior to arrival. If additional restocking is requested during your stay, a restocking fee may apply.

Housekeeping is included in your stay through a one-time cleaning fee, which covers standard departure cleaning, laundry, and replenishment of basic amenities.

Daily housekeeping is not included by default. However, additional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay upon request. Options include light touch-ups, mid-stay refreshes, or full cleanings.

We recommend scheduling any additional housekeeping at least 48 hours in advance. Availability and pricing may vary depending on the property.

Pets may be allowed at some properties, but not all. It depends on the specific home, the homeowner and even HOA bylaws.
    •    If pets are allowed, breed and weight must be disclosed at the time of booking.

    •    A signed pet waiver and pet fee are required for all approved pets.

    •    Cats, birds, and exotic animals are not permitted under any circumstances.

No. We believe pricing should be clear before you book—not discovered at checkout.

When you book directly with Vivid, we show the complete cost of your stay upfront. Depending on the property and location, your reservation includes:

Nightly rate — varies by property

Applicable taxes — Town of Telluride: 17.22%; Mountain Village: 14.72%

Departure cleaning — a one-time fee for professional turnover after checkout

Damage protection — $115–$138, depending on the property, for accidental damage during your stay

Credit-card processing fee — non-refundable; this can be avoided by paying via check, ACH, or Venmo

That’s it. No resort fees, linen fees, mandatory gratuities, or other surprise charges. Our goal is simple: a beautifully prepared home, a dedicated local team, and a vacation made easy :)
