Our Ski in/Ski out access is contingent on the mountain's operational status and the specific lift serving this area, subject to change due to weather, maintenance, and other factors beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to contact us before their stay for the latest lift and access information, with updates provided based on the ski resort's management. While we aim for uninterrupted Ski in/Ski out access, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. For further details or inquiries, reach out to or call.

Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)

Lovely location in the heart of Mountain Village. It was ideal for a family with very young children since it provided easy access to the gondola and activities in Mountain Village. Having "ringside" seats to the Wednesday free concert was an added bonus. The only downsides were occasionally loud patrons from the pub right below the condo and the lack of air conditioning during the very hot days.

I didn't want to rent a car on our last trip to Telluride and found this great place where it isn't needed. Gondola to town, gondola to groceries, ski to lifts, everything is a short hike away. Perfect for which we were looking for.

House is nicely laid out with all the stuff you need for breakfast and dinners. Plenty of room to spread out and lockers for your ski stuff.

The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This was an Awesome Condo to stay in. It was my first visit to Colorado and first time skiing. The condo is truly ski and ski out and the location is the best for getting around to bars restaurants and the local grocery store via the free gondola. A quick trip downstairs to poachers pub makes you feel like a local day 1 of the trip. The unit was clean and as perfect as the pictures. Views from the balcony or top bedroom were amazing to wake up to every morning. Whenever I revisit Telluride I will schedule this unit again.
