Our Ski in/Ski out access is contingent on the mountain's operational status and the specific lift serving this area, subject to change due to weather, maintenance, and other factors beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to contact us before their stay for the latest lift and access information, with updates provided based on the ski resort's management. While we aim for uninterrupted Ski in/Ski out access, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please reach out to or call.
Vivid Vacation Rentals has flexible payment options. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee you can place a Wire Transfer, Send a Check, and/or Venmo us. Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)

Great location, great home! Clean home and easy check-in. Friendly management company and lovely host. Was exactly as pictured with easy access to restaurants, the gondola, and only a 12min ride down to Telluride. We had a fantastic time. Great spot for kids and to relax and refresh. The hot tub was a great amenity and the views are fantastic. Overall 10/10 experience!

Vivid was wonderful to work with. EXCELLENT customer service. Seamless check in and check out. The property location was great~ Walking distance to Mountain Village & Gondola to Telluride~Little walk for ski in & out but not bad, we were able to ski back for lunch daily ~ FULLY stocked kitchen with anything you may need for cooking ~ Property was clean however rugs throughout were pretty worn. We spent our time skiing and hanging out in the Village and Telluride. Our favorite spots to eat and grab cocktails: The Madeline~The Sheridan~Cosmopolitan~Stronghouse Pub (it was like taking a walk back in time) Try a Flatliner at any of these establishments, you wont regret it. I recommend making reservations if you plan on having dinner. I made ours months in advance. I would 100% use Vivid Vacation Rentals again for our next trip :-)

Aspen Ridge 16 is a lovely home convenient to Mountain Village. It was perfect for our group of eight. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Management communication was outstanding.

Wonderful AspenRidge property. My family of 5 were up for the Telluride Film Festival and had a lovely stay at this property. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. The property was very spacious and in great condition. The management company, Vivid Vacations, was very attentive to our needs and always available . We will be back!!

We stayed 7 nights and it wasn't enough! The photos don't do this place justice. The view is stunning! Aside from that, the location to the gondola couldn't be better. We walked just about everywhere during our stay. Other things we liked: the separation of the rooms on different floors, stocked cabinet with spices, oils, and other cooking basics, the hot tub (towels provided), and the sound system. I also appreciated communication from Jackson and prompt response with a shower drain issue.
Some things we thought could use some attention or an upgrade: the pots and pans, area rugs, bedding, there were a few lights that wouldn't turn on in the living room, and the washing machine seemed to have some sort of electrical issue that limited our use.
Advice for future renters:
1. have a plan for parking if you have guests or more than one vehicle. There is no street parking allowed. The owner's vehicle was parked in the garage during our stay and only one car can fit in the driveway. Unsure how strict Mountain Village police are if you do park on the street in the cul-de-sac.
2. if someone has any mobility restrictions, this probably is not the place for you. There is one bedroom on the main entry level, but you have to go up a set of stairs to get to the living room/kitchen and down a set of stairs to get to the lowest level where the hot tub is. There's another set of stairs to get to the 4th floor bedroom.
Overall, we really loved this place and would definitely book again!
