Perfect location

Wonderful property that is centrally located in an amazing setting! Just steps away from the town's main trail which leads to the gondolas in one direction, or a stunning vista with town park and waterfall in the other.

Very nice 2-2 unit with fireplace and within easy walking to all things Telluride town including ski gondola, grocery market, liquor/wine store and all restaurants.

Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay. Read the reviews and property description and trust that you will have the same experience. That’s really all there is to say. The only issue we had was the ski in trail is not well marked and we never were able to ski in to the condos. That’s not the property owner’s fault though.

Levi’s home was perfect for our family over the holidays! The condo is in a great location, walkable to town for restaurants, shopping and the gondola into the village. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location for TFF, floor plan worked well for our group. Seamless check-in and out. Levi was very responsive to our questions. Appreciated the snacks!

We loved our stay here! There were so many sweet special touches like water bottles in the fridge and by each bed and humidifiers! Everything was great!

Great condo in a great location. Easy to walk or ski to Gondola and close to all the "in town" restaurants, stores, etc. I would rent this condo again without any hesitation. Beds and furniture were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. A+

Wow! Large wants were covered, roominess, cleanliness, close to everything. But what was surprising were the small unexpected things, many plug-ins for iPads,phones etc, warm robes, nice lotion, Starbucks coffee, basic food spices with a wonderful kitchen. We plan to rent again!

We had a great stay here with our family of 4. The location was prefect walk to the parks and town. We fully enjoyed the balcony too. The beds were so comfy with fabulous bedding. We would come back and stay here again.

This property was essentially ski-on/ski-off with a nearby snow-covered footpath which led to the lift and gondola in town; we could pop our skis on from the condo's balcony and skate on over the lift! The kitchen was beautifully appointed and the living room was incredibly spacious. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and the bathrooms were top notch as well. Truly a 10/10 stay (and I'm a picky travel agent).

We had a great time at Riverside C03. First of all - location. It is a 5 minute walk to the gondola and a 2 minute walk to the first of many restaurants in downtown Telluride. Apparently you can actually ski down to the condo parking lot but we were unable to locate the trail off of the Mineshaft run. It is for the adventurous! The condo itself is great. Everything is updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal. The bedrooms and living spaces have a luxurious feel and the media set up was easy to use. Parking is great too. I have a big truck and I could manuever around easily. We would go back again. Thanks!

At the base of the mountain trails and Telluride walking path and steps away from Central Telluride shopping and dining, this location is perfect. The unit was well equipped with everything in it to eat in. Roomy with nice sized bathrooms and showers.

This was first-class all the way. From the moment I booked this property, Levi and Lisa were available to help and offer guidance. They were very responsive throughout our stay to help. The property is beautiful and well-kept and offers all the amenities. The location is also excellent to experience the City of Telluride and is just down the street from the Gondola. Overall - simply, excellent and I highly recommend. We hope to return.

Great upgraded large in town condo next to the river path. We enjoyed walking the path and taking it to the Gondola for a day of skiing. Easy access to everything. Quite private as well. Loved the upgrades, location and well stocked kitchen.

From the house, to the location, to how well appointed and thoughtful the house amenities are and all the way through the communication throughout the stay was simple amazing.

This property was a perfect place for our ski trip and surprise proposal. The condo was easy access to the walking path out the back door and they would ski to the gondola down the path. The kitchen had everything and more to cook for a lot of people that joined us. Love the high end sheets and also the steam shower. We were very pleased with Levi and his team that managed the property and took care of all of our needs. The location is so convenient to town and to many restaurants. We cooked in most nights due to the no indoor dining rules. Only thing that
bothered me was they did not plow all the roads in the town and they were covered with iceand snow. Most resort towns we have been in were plowed. Thank you for selling me on this condo Levi, your the Best!

A great home base to enjoy and explore Telluride!

We had amazing trip. This Rental was very nice. Perfect for a small family. Very comfortable. The location is so close to everything. No driving needed to get to anywhere in town. The only thing I would improve would be nicer deck furniture to match the beautiful interior. It was pretty shabby and dirty. Otherwise a great stay!

We stayed in this beautiful condo last week. It was so comfortable and well decorated. They literally had everything you need including extremely comfortable robes :) The location was perfect, a short walk into town and at the entrance to a great trail for walks. I'd gladly return. The only downside (not their fault!) is the tight spaces in the parking lot. Beautifully decorated and maintained!

We love staying here, a group of friends and I come and stay a week here. It's perfectly located to downtown's bars and restaurants, and it's a couple of minutes walk or ski to the chair lift or Gondola. About a 5 minute walk to the market. The steam room is nice after a day on the slopes. I can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent property.

Enjoyed the stay. Well equipped and nice decor. Luggage rack in bedrooms would be helpful. Sofas were so deep that most of the time we sat in dining room chairs because they were so uncomfortable.

The whole process was easy to rent from Vivid Vacation Rentals. This was our 2nd time staying at this unit and it probably won't be the last. Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance.

We had a great stay in this condo. The entrance is tucked away from the street and other traffic areas and the balcony has a great view out onto a path running alongside a creek. It was clean and comfortable and the management company was great.
